May 04,  · The newfound seriousness is an immediate improvement over past albums, fun as they might have been, and while "Wild Child" is still my favorite W.A.S.P. song, The Headless Children is my favorite album by them. Blackie's no dummy, he just pretended to be one early on.

Tracks like the opener "The Heretic (The Lost Child)", "Mean Man", "Rebel at the F.D.G." and the title track, "The Headless Children" are some of the heaviest tracks of their career, and /5(46).

Feb 06,  · First noticed W.A.S.P. in the late '80s with the eye catching title of their Heavy Metal track "Inside The Electric Circus", sadly not on this album "The Headless Children". It is a hard act to follow, so like some other Metal groups they have more or less stuck to the same recipe: they sing and play like they mean it, which fans probably appreciate, and similar to AC/DC. actually do not make an abysmal /5(89).
